Refund Policy

Important — 24-hour refund window

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of your original purchase. After 24 hours have passed from the time of payment, your United Kingdom IPTV subscription is non-refundable under any circumstances.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all United Kingdom IPTV subscriptions and reseller credits purchased through unitedkingdomiptv.io.

2. 24-hour refund window

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of the time of purchase, provided that:
  • You raise a support ticket at support@unitedkingdomiptv.io within 24 hours of payment.
  • You have made a genuine, documented attempt at the United Kingdom IPTV setup guide with our support team.
  • The service is not deliverable on your network (e.g., persistent ISP block we cannot work around).

3. No refunds after 24 hours

After the 24-hour window has closed, no refunds will be issued, in whole or in part, for any reason — including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental renewal, dissatisfaction with a specific channel, removal of a third-party channel from our upstream sources, partial service outages, or device incompatibility you did not raise within the first 24 hours.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Reseller credits once any credit has been used.
  • Promotional / discounted lifetime plans.
  • Renewals processed on existing accounts.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback before contacting United Kingdom IPTV support is a breach of our Terms and will result in immediate termination of all associated services without refund.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@unitedkingdomiptv.io from the address used at checkout with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Eligible refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
